NestorWhere is my progress kept?
On your phone only. Nestor has no accounts. Deleting the app deletes your progress, notes and saved quotes. A way to move progress to a new phone is planned.
I missed a day. Is my streak gone?
Every seventh lesson earns a harbor day, and you can keep two. When you miss a day, one is used and your streak holds.
The Listen button makes no sound
Listen uses your phone's own speech voice. On an iPhone, check that the silent switch is off and the volume is up. On Android, check that a text-to-speech engine is installed in the system settings.
Reminders don't arrive
Open Settings in Nestor and turn the reminder on again; your phone will ask for permission to show notifications. If you said no before, allow notifications for Nestor in your phone's settings.
Where do the texts and paintings come from?
Every passage is quoted word for word from a public-domain translation, with its source shown in the lesson. Every painting is in the public domain, and its artist, year and collection are shown with it. If you spot an error, please tell us.
Is Nestor therapy?
